§1 Scope of Application and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business, or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code - BGB).
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following rules on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online store http://alman-couture.de.
(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is made with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following applies: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop.
The order process includes the following steps:

Click the button “Proceed to checkout”

Choose shipping method and confirm with “Next”

Enter billing and shipping address and confirm with “Next”

Final review and correction of all entered data, and confirmation of the Terms & Conditions, cancellation policy, and privacy policy

Final submission of the order by payment via “PayPal Buy Now”
Before submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer’s data was entered and correct any input errors or cancel the order process altogether by closing the browser window. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online store: We will send you the order details and our Terms & Conditions by email. The Terms & Conditions can be viewed at any time at https://www.alman-couture.de/agb/. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are additional.
(2) Consumers can pay using PayPal.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery is made no later than within 7 working days. For payments made in advance, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods passes to the buyer only upon handover, even in case of a shipment sale.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
